We deliver to the EU, Switzerland and Norway – usually with DPD or DHL, and with UPS for large parcels. The logistics partner may vary in individual countries.

Import into other non-EU countries
When shipping outside the EU (except Switzerland), customs fees may apply and must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority in advance. Fees apply per parcel, not per order. For larger orders, we may split the shipment into several parcels due to weight restrictions.
Returns
As part of our 30-day money-back guarantee, we charge a flat fee of €9.90 or CHF 9.90 per order.
